Canadian Sector (trenches 41-58) near Ypres on the evening of June 11th, 1916.  It is presumed to be roughly the same as the evening of July 5th, 1916 when Edward Pilon died.  Note the locations indicated as Armagh Wood and Mount Sorrel which lie behind the Trench section 48 (not visible) to 52 where the raid, in which Edward must have participated, took place.
